Booking and Confirmation: Thank you for choosing our professional development services. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our booking and confirmation policy below: 1. Booking Process: - To initiate the booking process, please complete our contact form or reach out to us directly via phone or email. - Provide us with detailed information about your requirements, including the type of service, preferred dates, and any specific requests or considerations. - Our team will review your inquiry and respond to you promptly, usually within 24-48 hours, to discuss your needs in more detail and provide you with a customized proposal. 2. Confirmation: - Once we have discussed your requirements and agreed upon the scope of work, we will issue a formal proposal or contract outlining the details of the services to be provided. - To confirm your booking, we require a signed agreement and a deposit payment, as specified in the proposal. - Upon receiving the signed agreement and deposit, we will reserve the agreed-upon dates and commence preparations for your project or service. 3. Payment Terms: - The deposit payment is typically due within [3] day of signing the agreement, unless otherwise stated in the proposal. - The remaining balance is usually due prior to or on the day of service delivery. - We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. Details will be provided in the invoice. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. - If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the start time, please contact us to discuss the options. Additional fees or charges may apply. - Cancellations made 1-week prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable non-refundable fees. - Cancellations made within [3] days of the scheduled service may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances. 5.
